- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit

2.3 Rejected Transactions
Transactions may be rejected and the amount returned in the following circumstances:

- Attempting to artificially meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets
- Sharing or selling a bonus with others
- Claiming the same promotion multiple times using false information
If any such activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited and the account may be terminated.
4 VIP Program and Loyalty
4.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits
The 99ar VIP program has four tiers. As you advance to each tier, your weekly cashback benefit increases:
- Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.0%
Advancement to a higher tier depends on your overall gaming activity and contribution. 99ar determines VIP tier at its own discretion and all decisions in this regard are final.
4.2 VIP Benefit Conditions
VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to active accounts. VIP tier status may change due to extended inactivity. Cashback must be used within a specified period; expired cashback will be forfeited.
5 Gaming Rules and Code of Conduct
5.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on 99ar are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Any form of cheating, hacking, use of bots, or automated software is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be terminated immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
5.2 Technical Issues
